It is a small twin-handled Rocco revival porcelain vase with a most unusual brightly decorated collar of hand painted and gilded peacock feathers around the neck and base. On one side of the vase, there is a fine hand painted view of a young couple in 18th century costume standing in the grounds of an impressive country house. On the opposite side, there is a hand painted display of garden flowers with matching smaller ones under the shaped side handles. This splendid vase is in very good condition with no damage or restoration and has a hand painted factory mark on the underside. Circa 1900
