Dimensions:
A delightful and exceptionally well preserved antique table lighter dating from the 1920s, beautifully modelled as a charming black Scottish Terrier wearing a vibrant red hand painted collar.
The Scottie dog's hinged head lifts to reveal the original removable petrol lighter, complete with its original push on cap. The mechanism remains fully functional and is ready for use once fuelled, making this an appealing piece for both collectors and those who appreciate practical antiques. Expertly cast in metal and retaining its original hand painted finish, this delightful novelty lighter is presented in outstanding original condition, showing only the lightest signs of age. Its remarkable state of preservation suggests it has spent much of its life displayed in a cabinet or carefully stored away.
