This fine set consists of a saucer, tea cup and coffee cup. All pieces are richly hand painted with a dark royal blue ground. There are three panels on each piece which are beautifully hand painted with delicately detailed white roses with stems and leaves, boarded with fine foliate gilding. The cups are internally decorated which is much more difficult to paint than traditional external decoration. English, circa 1811 – 20, pattern number 2/ 132.
All three pieces are in good condition with no restoration.
