This highly decorative piece is made from cast bronze which has a dark patina and Verdigris finish.
It is cast with fine detail with figures and mythical beasts amongst a foliate design.
It is made in two separate pieces with a separate lid decorated with figures and dragons. The finial is in the form of a bird.
This piece is designed for hanging and is mounted with three bronze chains which are gathered onto a ring.
