This substantial Victorian stool is very good quality and impressive in scale. It has ornately carved walnut x frame supports with a finely turned stretcher connecting each end. It is raised onto original steel casters. The top is beautifully upholstered in a deep buttoned dark tan hide with a brass nailed decorative boarder. In excellent condition. Circa 1860
