This large and impressive bronze sculpture of Robin Hood was produced in France in the mid 19th century by Louis Joseph Le Boeuf, an artist born in 1823-1867.
This bronze depicts Robin Hood standing with a money bag over one arm and wearing a traditional tunic and hat from the medieval period.
It is well cast with fine detail and a good mid brown patina.
