This wonderful novelty chess set is most unusual. It is cast in solid nickel and bronze, the individual pieces are a work of art in their own right. They are cast in the form of medieval figures apart from the castles. The individual pieces are very heavy and have a tactile feel which would make them a pleasure to play with.
The set is complete and in good condition with age-related tarnishing and patina.
