This rare and unusual pair of French Art Deco period gilt bronze figure by Van Lierde, a Belgium born sculptor who lived in Paris late 1800's early 1900's.
They are stylishly modelled as male and female Pierrot - he is playing the guitar and she is singing.
They are dressed in typical costume and the detailed finish of these pieces are superb.
They are both fully hand chased with a sharp high quality presentation. Both have their original gilt finish which is in good condition and are fully signed Van Lierde 1925
